Shipping and returns

Parcels leave the studio on Tuesdays and Fridays. Finland is usually next day or the day after. EU addresses take three to six days. We don’t ship outside the EU yet — the glass makes customs a poor use of everyone’s afternoon.

A board or a textile is €8 inside Finland and €14 in the EU. Glass and the pourer go in a double box; that shipment is €18. Orders over €120 ship free inside the EU.

If something arrives broken, photograph the box and the piece and write to us within a week. We send a replacement or refund the whole order, shipping included. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days if the piece is unused. Oil marks on a board count as use. We’ll email a return label for Finland; elsewhere, you cover the return postage.

Boards want a wipe of oil a few times a year. We include a small bottle with the first board you buy.
